By accessing and using the services of Mr. Clifford Services (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Mr. Clifford Services provides transportation, delivery, light moving, concierge, and contractor coordination services. All services are subject to availability and our confirmation.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Disclaimer: Transportation and moving services are for local trips and light moves only. For medical rides, we are not a medical transport provider. Contractor coordination connects you with licensed third-party professionals.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mr. Clifford Services or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Mr. Clifford Services' website, even if Mr. Clifford Services or a Mr. Clifford Services authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Mr. Clifford Services' website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
